The Review Queue
This page covers the Review Queue, where curators decide what becomes official, and its settings. It describes TomaTío 1.9.8.
Curators and administrators open TomaTío > Review > Review Queue. A count next to Review in the menu shows how much waits.
What waits
Everything is in one list, oldest first. Filter it by kind, scope or agent. ("Tío" is TomaTío's word for a person's AI (artificial intelligence) agent.)
| Kind | What it is | Buttons |
|---|---|---|
| Fact or Procedure | Something an agent suggests making official | Make official, Edit, Not needed |
| Handoff | An agent asking a person to review its work | Approve and share access, Dismiss |
| Memory | A memory from an import | Keep it, Delete |
| New agent | An agent an AI proposed | Add agent, Decline |
Decide an item
Select an item to see who suggested it, its scope and the memory it came from. A suggestion is marked:
- New fact: nothing official says this yet.
- Changes official: an official page says something different. Making this official adds it next to that page; agents would read both.
- Already official: an official page says the same. Usually choose Not needed, reason Duplicate.
Edit lets you change the text, then Make official as edited. Not needed takes an optional reason, which the agent is told. Approve and share access gives the handoff's recipient read access to the scopes of its memories; nothing becomes official.
The memory behind a suggestion is always kept. A decision waits 6 seconds, with Undo on screen. To decide several at once, select them and click Make selected official or Mark selected not needed.

Settings
On TomaTío > Settings > Review:
- Approve facts from curators' own Tíos automatically (off by default) makes a summariser fact official at once when it comes from an agent a curator added, or from a curator's own connection.
- Close untouched items after (days) (default 14; 0 never): once a day, suggestions nobody touched for that long close as not needed, and open handoffs close without sharing.
A proposed new agent closes after 24 hours. An imported memory waits until someone decides.
Review in chat
Curators can also review in the chat with their AI app. The AI lists what waits, sums up each item and acts only on your explicit answer: your yes in the chat is the approval. Sharing access through a handoff, imported memories and new agents are decided on this page only.
Agents ask for review with Ask a person to review work. All handoffs are on TomaTío > Review > Handoffs.
